Clooney attended St. Michael’s School (Columbus, Ohio) and Sir Thomas Rich’s Grammar School for Boys (Gloucester, United Kingdom), Blessed Sacrament School (Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky), Augusta High School (Augusta, Kentucky).

In school young George Clooney developed an interest in theater. In Augusta he was the lead in several plays, then he attended Northern Kentucky University and Cincinnati University, but did not graduate from either and became an actor.
